一、问题

当安装虚拟机时系统时没有设置swap大小或设置内存太小,编译程序会出现virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory的问题,可以用swap扩展内存的方法。

二、解决方法

在执行free -m的是时候提示Cannot allocate memory:

(swap文件可以放在自己喜欢的位置如/var/swap)

内存太小,增加内存可以解决。

使用完毕后可以关掉swap:

[root@hz mnt]# rm -f /opt/images/swap

swap文件也可以不删除,留着以后使用,关键是你的虚拟机硬盘够用。

有些函数Matlab没有对应的函数:

  • pswiggle: to plot anomalies along a track, e.g. altimeter signals along the track, or waterfall plots of temperature and salinity profiles
  • makecpt: to make a colormap
  • ps2raster: convert your *.ps file into another file format (e.g. *.png)
  • pscoast: Plots coastlines with options to shade the land or outline the coasts, and/or add rivers. Probably has an m_map equivalent.

xyzgms 1.9.1 geosoft

XYZGMS 生成所有模型,模型中的第一个点必须放置在必须的文件X=0 (GM-SYS 模型坐标),GM-SYS模型坐标将计算到第一个点的距离,-x0参数可重新指定第一个点的值,这个坐标也可以用GM-SYS的工具软件CVTGMS 来修改。

XYZGMS 计算坐标变换,用于实际坐标系下模型的定位与输出。如果模型用gmsmark, gmsprof, or gms GXs生成,并且数据指定有投影信息,则这些信息也存储在模型中,坐标信息存储在.ECS文件中。

XYZGMS计算剖面的方位角和指定相对走向angle=90, 磁倾角magnetic inclination=60, 偏角declination=20 和场强field intensity=56,000 作为默认值. 你可以在GM-SYS中为每个模型改为剖面比较合适的值.

输入的最大列数: 256

最大组数(data fields): 50

模型最大观测点数:16,000

 

geosoft.xyz文件创建一个GM-SYS模型

用法:XYZGMS in out -l=或 -f  -zg= 或 -zm=  [可选参数]

其中:in 基点文件名.xyz

out 输出文件名

-l= 线的类型[B,T,L]和线号

-f 输入的是一个flat文件(一条线,无头文件)

-zg= 重力值所在列

-zm= 磁数据所在列

In, out, -l 是必须输入的,-zg=-zm=必须输入一个

可选的参数可能用于指定列号,常数值,数据窗,多个水平层等

 

例如:XYZGMS data_in model_out -l=T1000 -x=1000,12000 -d=5 -eg=400 -zg=8

 

详细的可选参数:

-gzx,gzy,gzz,gxx,gyy,gxy=重力梯度值

-mx,my,mz=磁梯度值

-zeg=重力数据的高程值(向上为正)

-zem=磁数据高程值

-zt=地形值

-h=h1,h2,h3…最多15个水平层的列数据(向下为正),常数值

-eg= 重力观测值高程(向上为正)

-em= 

-t= 地形限制(默认通过整个范围)

-x=min,max X

-y=min,max Y

-s= min,max Station No.

其它

-u= 转换单位(默认为m(输入feet,-u=3.28)

-d= 抽取因子,每d个点取一个值(默认-d=1

-x0= 剖面上第一个点的x坐标,默认是0.

-q 版本信息

-f 输入一个flat文件,包括单一的线,不需要geosoft线的头文件

-j 这是一个时间模型,输出到*.tsr文件,不再是*.sur

 

XYZGMS 是一个命令行驱动的GM-SYS工具,用来读取GEOSOFT格式的带有多个组的 ‘XYZ’ 数据并创建GM-SYS模型。输入的数据组包括地形,,additional global horizons, 重力数据,磁数据和测点高程,是典型的Oasis montaj建模工具GX

值得注意的是,XYZGMS将多个线段转化为一个单一的剖面,黑线代表用户输入的原始数字化剖面,红线代表垂直投影到实际X,Y空间中模型剖面的位置。模型剖面方位角是基于原始剖面中的第一个和最后一个点。剖面位置随后进行拟合使拟合差最小

在gmt中由xyz文件转到grid的文件有两个主要命令:xyz2grd, surface,前面已经提到xyz2grd,xyz2grd要求等间隔采样,有时候显得很不方便。而surface可以提供一个较好的方式

Adjustable tension continuous curvature surface gridding

可调整的曲线表面网格?由manual给出的解释是 A continuous curvature gridding algorithm 应该可以理解为曲率连续的网格插值算法,具体的例子在cookbook的6.14,6.16都有用到

主要选项:

surface [xyz-file] -G<output_grdfile_name> -I<xinc>[m|c][/<yinc>[m|c]]
-R<west>/<east>/<south>/<north> [-A<aspect_ratio>] [-C<convergence_limit>]
[-H[<nrec>]] [-Ll<limit>] [-L[u<limit>]] [-N<n_iterations>] ] [-S<search_radius>[m]]
[-T<tension>[i][b] ] [-Q] [-V[l]] [-Z<over_relaxation_parameter>] [-:] [-bi[s][<n>]]
-G 输出文件名

-xinc/yinc: 给出插值后的网格间隔

-R:指定坐标范围

-A:

-Z:是插值的收敛标准

-L:?强行指定解的范围?

without any modifiers indicate that x is longitude and periodic in 360:
-L constrain the range of output values:
-Ll<limit> specifies lower limit; forces solution to be >= <limit>.
-Lu<limit> specifies upper limit; forces solution to be <= <limit>.
<limit> can be any number, or the letter d for min (or max) input data value,
or the filename of a grdfile with bounding values. [Default solution unconstrained].
Example: -Ll0 gives a non-negative solution.

-N     sets max <n_iterations> in each cycle; default = 250.

sets <search_radius> to initialize grid; default = 0 will skip this step.
This step is slow and not needed unless grid dimensions are pathological;
i.e., have few or no common factors.
Append m to give <search_radius> in minutes.
-T adds Tension to the gridding equation; use a value between 0 and 1.
default = 0 gives minimum curvature (smoothest; bicubic) solution.
1 gives a harmonic spline solution (local max/min occur only at data points).
typically 0.25 or more is good for potential field (smooth) data;
0.75 or so for topography. Experiment.
Append B or b to set tension in boundary conditions only;
Append I or i to set tension in interior equations only;

-Z sets <over_relaxation parameter>. Default = 1.4
Use a value between 1 and 2. Larger number accelerates convergence but can be unstable.
Use 1 if you want to be sure to have (slow) stable convergence.
